Refund policy

We want you to love your MUZA pieces. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We want you to feel confident and intentional when placing your order with MUZA. Since our pieces are made to order through a print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns or size exchanges in most cases.

Before ordering, please double-check your sizing and product details to ensure everything is correct—this helps us avoid waste and create more consciously.


Return & Exchange Exceptions

If you believe there is a special circumstance (such as a sizing issue and stock is still available), you may email us at muza.mgmt@gmail.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Detailed request

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll review your situation and let you know if an exception can be made. Please do not ship anything back without written approval—any unapproved returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to make it right.


Non-returnable Items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • All made-to-order items (unless damaged or incorrect)


Refunds (If Approved)

If your exception request is approved and the item is returned in acceptable condition, we’ll notify you once the refund is processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
